My name is Raphael Longo, born in 1995 in France, and raised in Brittany, a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean.  

Drawing was a part of my whole childhood, but it's mostly while travelling that the urge to draw truly takes shape in my mind.

In 2024, I fulfilled my dream of crossing Southeast Asia to surf, dive and explore the continent's wonderful landscapes. It was during that trip that I started painting with watercolor and experimenting with textures, colors and styles, adding a new source of creativity to my drawings. 

In 2025, I settled in Basel, Switzerland, and created Galerie Longo to share my work online with fellow epicureans and lovers of Travel, the Ocean, and the Mountains. 

I like to think of my paintings as large-format postcards: hung on a wall, they carry us back to the memory of a place or a moment in our lives, becoming a source of happiness and inspiration within sight…
